My academic foundation began with a degree in Communications while pla from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) while playing Division I Water Polo, followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I completed an Orthopedic Residency and a Sports & Manual Therapy Fellowship through Kaiser Permanente Southern California.

Currently, I consult with athletes and organizations across Southern California, the U.S., and internationally. I also serve as an adjunct professor at Azusa Pacific University, contributing to the orthopedic curriculum within their Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
